• This program is designed for individuals committed to fostering inclusion within their organizations, including:
• Anyone passionate about inclusion and eager to contribute actively to building an inclusive culture.
• Professionals in formal or informal DEI roles (e.g., DEI managers, leads, ambassadors, ERG members).
• Participants from all levels and departments are encouraged to join.

What does it include?

• Intake Conversation for each participant to understand personal objectives and challenges.
• 4 training sessions of 4 hours (in November 2024, December 2024, January 2025, February 2025)
• On-site training in November 2024 and February 2025 (Brussels)
• Online training in December 2024 and January 2025
